Dr. Cora Gonzales has been involved in education for more than 30 years. She was a former College Dean (ABE International Business College, etc), College Director and High School Principal (International Colleges for Excellence) Professor of Graduate Studies and Consultant. She is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education, Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Education at Siliman University.

Dr.Grace Tan has been involved in education and training for over 20 years. Ken is a Professor of Communications at central Asia's top English based university (KIMEP), assistant Professor of Journalism at State University of New York at Buffalo and part-time teaching assignments at North Arkansas Community College and Brigham Young University. Ken graduated with a Ph.D in Constitutional Law from George Wythe College, an M.A in Communications and Degree in Journalism from Brigham Young University.

Dr.Leonida Javillo has been involved in education for over 20 years. Leonida is a graduate of BS Commerce at Philippine Science of Business and Accountancy and a post graduate of both MBA and DBA of Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City. She was a former Professor and Dean at Divine Word College of Urdaneta. She has been teaching and lecturing for the last 20 years and has taught at several colleges and Universities.

Dr.Sherwyn Allibang has been involved in education for over 10 years. A team-oriented IT specialist support with broad based experience and hands-on skill in the successful implementation of highly effective technical support strategies. Sherwyn holds an MBA and PhD. in Business Administration at Lyceum Northwestern University and his Master of Science in Information Technology at Tarlac State University.

Dr.Vivina Villanueva has been involved in education for over 20 years. She was formerly a lecturer and later College Dean at the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University North in La Union. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University and took her Masters of Arts in Education at the Philippine Normal University. She also took her Doctorate at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Dr. Vivina is the Department Head of the Science and Arts Department of Christian College in San Fernando City La Union.

Cheryl A. Corpuz is a college dean and counsellor. She has been in a teaching profession for almost 25 years. Cheryl graduated with a Master's Degree in Educational Management from Pangasinan State University . She has taught in Divine Word College for more than 20 years. She is a teacher by heart and by passion. She loves dealing with students with different personalities and she handled them well. She also holds Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with flying colors.

Dominic P. Flores has been involved in education for over 10 years. He was formerly a college instructor at several top colleges and had served as the Head of the Academic Affairs in one of the colleges. Dominic is active in various community outreach programs. He was awarded the "Dangal ng Pilipinas Award 2011 for Outstanding Community Governance and Public Service Excellence." Due to his excellent academic background and leadership skills, he has been sent to various local and international conferences to share his expertise in education and community programs. He represented the Philippines to the ASEAN Youth Forum on Innovation and Creativity in Malaysia. Dominic graduated Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Ivan Muhov MBA, has over 10 years experience in education and training. Ivan graduated with a Master Degree in English from Plovdiv University. Prior to joining BCI, Ivan is the Head of the English Language Department at ERC Institute in Singapore. He has also conducted online courses for students in various countries including the Zhejiang Business Technology Institute and the Yang-En University Quanzhou in China.

Jessie Dhanoa MBA, has over 30 years experience in education and training. Jessie graduated with an MBA in Human Resource Management majoring in Training and Development from Brunswick University. She was a lecturer at the Wawasan Open University for more than 6 years. Jessie conducted general development programmes which include interpersonal skills, managerial supervisory and motivational programmes comprising of counselling, stress management, leadership skills, motivation, customer service, Self Imaging and English Language programmes.

Michael Chai CPA, CFP, CA (M), has been involved in education and training for 11 years. He has taught the internationally coveted CFP program continuously since 2002, the MBA program of the University of Derby, and the Accounting and Finance programs of the London School of Economics and other British universities. He is also a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant and Certified Financial Planner by profession.

Rajeshwari Arumugam, has been involved in education and training for over 5 years. Rajesh graduated with a Bachelor in Education (TESL) from Management and Science University. Prior to joining BCI, Rajesh is a lecturer at Olympia College in Malaysia. Rajesh started her career in education as a English teacher in 2005. Dedicated and hardworking, Rajesh was later recruited as a lecturer by Olympia College and now BCI College.

Ryan D. Flores MBA, has been involved in education for more than 10 years. He was a former College Professor in different colleges and universities in Pangasinan. Also, he was the Human Resource Manager of St. Agustine School of Nursing and other companies in Urdaneta eg. MSGF Review and Training Center, MOM's Pharmacy and others. He graduated his Master's in Business Administration and his Academic Requirements for Ph.D at Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City.

Rolando L. Bautista CPA, has been involved in education as college instructor for 16 years. Rolando graduated with Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting and a Cum Laude from Great Plebeian College. Rolando is also a Certified Public Accountant by profession and passed the Civil Service Sub-Professional Examination and Investment Company Representative Certification. In addition to that, He is also the Accounting Consultant at Producers Savings Bank Corporation. His passion in teaching and work experiences at the banks will make a positive outlook and impact to his students.
